''Christopher Hutcheson (previously known as KGM) v News Group Newspapers and Ors'' () EWCA Civ 808〔http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2011/808.html,〕 is a 2011 privacy case in which businessman Christopher Hutcheson attempted to use a super-injunction to prevent ''The Sun'' newspaper from publishing the fact that he had fathered two children from an affair. The case received significant media coverage due to the TV chef Gordon Ramsay being the son-in-law of Mr Hutcheson. Justice Eady ruled that there could be no reasonable expectation of privacy in the case.
